If meat is your pleasure, then our ‘Meatatarian’ class is an event you do not want to miss.  Learn how to choose the right cut and cook it to juicy perfection, as well as a bit about some of the lesser known cuts.  We will begin our class by sinking our teeth into succulent Cocoa-Coffee Braised Beef Short Ribs.  Then, indulge your inner carnivore as you prepare Black Olive & Panko Crusted Rack of Lamb, Bacon Wrapper Pork Tenderloin, perfect the Rib-eye w/ Green Peppercorn Sauce.  Finish the class with a demonstration of Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée
