“Regionally Wired Globally Inspired”


1 wok, chop sticks and wooden spatula

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Pristine Gourmet Cold Press Soy Oil

2 cups Fresh Edamame

¼ of an onion, finely minced

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp chilies flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Pristine Gourmet Soy Sauce

Prepare Edamame by blanching


Heat a Wok to medium High, add a Swirl of Sesame Oil and 2 tbsp Cold Press Soy Oil, Heat Oils and add the onions, ginger, garlic and chilies, sauté for 1 minute to release all flavours and to slightly soften, add the Edamame and season with salt and pepper.  Serve a side dish of Pristine Gourmet Soy Sauce for dipping.  Refer to How to Eat Edamame Instructions
