2 cups pitted cherries

1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil or mint

1/4 cup snipped fresh chives

2 tsp red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Pinches of salt and pepper

1 small baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

1/4 cup crumbled feta


Finely chop cherries and place in a medium bowl. Stir in basil, chives, vinegar, salt and pepper. Spoon over baguette slices, then sprinkle with feta.

Additional Tips
Cherries are a source of vitamin C and contain phytochemicals like lycopene and anthocyanins.
