4 cups strawberries
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream, well chilled
1-1/2 cup ice water
1 cup Burning Kiln Chardonnay
Puree strawberries in a food processor or blender. Add sugar and sour cream. Mix well. Add water and wine. Chill for at least an hour.
Garnish with mint leaves or a dollop of whipped cream.
(Alternatively, use Meadow Lynn Farms Strawberry Juice instead of pureed berries and omit the ice water.)
