Ingredients:
1# Norfolk county asparagus, trimmed
Baby arugula or other bitter greens of your choice
4 oz Ontario goat cheese, crumbled
2 Tablespoons grainy mustard
2 Tablespoons Norfolk County maple syrup
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method:
Preheat barbeque to medium-high. Cook asparagus until just tender.
Place on plates with arugula and gently toss. Wisk mustard, maple syrup,
olive oil, salt and pepper and spoon over salads.
Sprinkle with goat cheese and serve.
