Ingredients

3 eggs worth of egg replacer (It works better than real eggs!)
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of shredded zucchini
3 cups of flour
Methods/Steps
Mix it all together, though just enough so that it is thoroughly wet.
Don’t overwork the gluten’s in the flour. Bake it for 1 hour at 325°F.
