Recipe by: The Cider Keg, Vittoria
- 4 cups Norfolk County fruits
- 8-12 tart shells (or 1-9 inch pie shell)
- 3/4 cup Cider Keg Apple Saskatoon Sparking Cider Jelly
- Whipped cream
Bake tart or pie shells according to package directions. Fill with your favorite berries and seasonal fruit. Melt the cider jelly over medium heat. Cool slightly, then pour over fruit. Chill until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
