- 12 Unbaked Tart Shells
- ¾ cup Raisins
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F Place twelve unbaked tart shells on a cookie sheet. Divide raisins in the shells. In a small pot combine butter, maple syrup and brown sugar over medium high heat, heat until everything is melted and bubbles break the surface of the filling. Use a whisk to stir. Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes. Whisk in vanilla and egg. Pour filling into a glass measuring cup and then fill the tart shells. Bake for about 15 minutes or until shells are lightly browned.
