- Approx 2 lbs of pork spareribs, fat trimmed
- 2 yellow onions, finely diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 32 oz. jug Blueberry BBQ sauce
- Salt & pepper the ribs evenly .Broil in oven on
- each side until no longer pink .Add ribs with onion
- in casserole dish and pour 2/3 sauce over.
- Bake in 300 F oven for 3 hours . Add remaining
- sauce and bake additional 1 hours.
- Serves well with rice and salad .Serves 4
