Ingredients:
¾ cup dry Villa Nova Red wine
½ cup cooking oil
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp cracked black pepper
1 onion sliced
2 Tsp thyme
1 Tsp marjoram
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Mix ingredients together
Place meat in a plastic bag or Tupperware container, Pour marinade over meat and seal
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning several times
Drain meat reserving marinade
