What a wonderful opportunity to see Gord Bamford….on your own local turf. !!
I always look forward to taking my little grandson on the rides every year!
The Simcoe fair is the best around. We go every year. I love the agricultural/farm side of the fair. Its too often forgotten or unappreciated where our food comes from. I also enjoy the variety of vendors and lots of entertainment…..and of course all the food vendors.
The must see/do would be everything the fair has to offer.
Between the food, animals, concerts, rides, vendors, games and of course the derby. Norfolk fair is a must see/do event and no other fairs get the amount of crowds than this one! Cant wait to take the family and friends 😎🤟🎈🤡🎟🎭
The Norfolk County Fair is a tradition – horse shows, music, rides, vegetable displays of all kinds, crafts, photography and amazing artist, great food, shopping all share with family and friends together. Just Awesome!
The craft , art and sewing building + photography. And all the friends whom you only see once a year!
I love the fair and all it includes! All the food, animals and rides. And of course the concerts and friends and family that I get to see while I’m there. 🙂
After walking through the buildings, grabbing a dixie dog, watching the derby with hot, mini donuts in cinnamon sugar – great way to end Thanksgiving Weekend
Nothing beats the smiles on my children’s faces as they take in every facet of the fair, it is a carnival for the senses. The smells on food row and in the barns haha the sights and sounds but most of all, the look of terror as a child realizes it isn’t the year for that ride yet !
I love entering my Arts and crafts into the displays. This year I am sharing the fun with my daughter!
I love taking my grandkids to see the animal. It’s the look on there faces when they can get so close and touch them.
My must have is the Greek poutine, I cant wait
We also do the arena Saturday night for the wine and beer tastings and listen to the bands
Lots to see and go. I really need to win those tickets because as you can see we do come multiple times🎡
Buy a candy apple and look at all the exhibits, especially the kids stuff and quilts!
I enjoy the photo exhibits and the artistic abilities of the people who enter projects in the fair. I look forward to the entertainment in the grand stand and the arena. I look forward to finding a favourite food especially from a local vendor.
This fair is the best around! Love all the sites, sounds and food at the fair. The highlight for me is the Amazing Bandaloni😊!
We look forward to seeing what is new in agricultural products for sale at the Flavourfest display. There are new foods, new varieties and new agrifood products produced every year in Norfolk County. Of course, we buy several to enjoy at home!
We love the concerts!! And of course the food!!
Everything but my daughter loves the big pumpkins and animals.
Impossible to narrow it down….the food (especially Bryan’s dixie dogs), the rides, the food, the animals, the food, the demolition derby, the food, the homemade arts and crafts…oh and did I mention the food?!!
Best pie prize, in memory of my sister Lyn Timpson.
Everything! Everything! Everything!!!!!

I love the Norfolk County Fair. Look forward to seeing it all.
A “must do” is to go to the Fair! And a “must see” is as much as I can when I am there! 🙂
I love seeing the beautiful crafts the most, but I also really enjoy all the animals.
The Clydesdales as my girlfriend’s ancestors brought Cumberland, one of the heritage studs in the breed book, to Upper Canada, in the 1830’s.
We’re not from this area originally so annually attending the remarkable Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show connects us to our ‘new’ home town community like nothing else. We both love the animals, the crafts and the ‘live’ entertainment… there’s always such a variety… we attend all week. And even though we didn’t grow up here… we always see someone we know!
I love to visit the buildings, especially to see the exquisite quilts and other crafts, and to admire the huge selection of fruits and vegetables. And the grandkids love the Midway!
When we go, we feel like going back in time to when we were kids. The midway, the food courts, the buildings and to see the extraordinary work of locals, be it art, knitting, crocheting and so much more. The agricultural building is just so amazing. We love the animals, birds and can’t wait to see who wins the biggest pumpkin this year!
Absolutely everything – but especially the agricultural part – love seeing how big those veggies can get!!
For me its the tractor pull I cannot miss it
Dad: Corn Dogs
Mom: Poutine
Kids: Animals & Demolition Derby
All: Smiles on everyone’s faces when they see their entries at the fair!
This year I am looking forward to everything about the Fair. My daughter, her husband and their 2 children (9 year old girl and 6 year old boy) are traveling from Vancouver Island BC to visit me. The biggest reason ( next to seeing Nana I hope 😉) is for my daughter to share the wonderful tradition that is Norfolk County Fair with her family. We will likely attend a few days as they want to take it all in – horses, pigs, cows, crafts, fair food, rides and everything else.
Thanks for the chance to win tickets.
The Horse Show, the rides, the animals, so much to see and do….my daughter loved it last year!
