Ingredients:
2 pears
Water
Dried Goji berries (Goji Ontario)
Kernal Peanut’s nuts (any flavor)
Jensen Cheese soft cheese cubes
Lavender honey
Lemon
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
Slice pears thinly and place slices in salted water to prevent browning. In a salad bowl combine drained pear slices, dried goji berries , nuts of your choice and soft cheese cubes. Dressing – mix local lavender honey, lemon and olive oil together. Drizzle over salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
