Ingredients:
Crust
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp icing sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
Topping
12 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Strawberries – sliced or halved
( or seasonal fruit available)
whipped cream for garnish
Method:
Crust: mix all 4 ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a ball.
Press on bottom of a greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 o oven for 10-15 minutes or until
golden brown. Cool
Topping: beat cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
Spread over crust. Arrange fruit in a pattern of your choice on top. Garnish around the edges with
whipped cream .
Options : Drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce over the top and maybe a few sliced almonds.
I use this recipe all summer, the toppings change to what fruit is in season. Try mixing fruit as well.
Strawberries and black raspberries or peaches and blueberries.
