Summer Garden Punch is inspired by memories of the Summer Garden dance hall in Port Dover, Norfolk County, where more than 5 million young people danced to Louis Armstrong, Count Basey, Ronnie Hawkins, Rick Danko and Levon Helm from the 1920s to the 1970s.

5 star anise, sliced
