Stir fry your favourite combination of vegetables. I especially love when our local broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, parsnips, onions and even brussell sprouts are available for this dish. When almost cooked add 3 T. of pure maple syrup, 1 T. soy sauce and a pinch of poultry seasoning and lightly toss before serving. These amounts are based on my large frying pan being fairly full of veggies and you can do any adjusting very easily to suit your tastes.
