Ingredients:
3 cups mashed Ontario sweet potatoes
¼ cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
Preparation: In a baking dish mix sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and half the melted butter. In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, pecans, flour and other half of the melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potatoes and cook covered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
